NAPA, CA— The County of Napa has announced a new web page with resource information for landowners who need support with wells that are experiencing production problems. Frequently Asked Questions, links to resources, and a site to report dry wells to the State Department of Water Resources (DWR) may be found on Napa County's Ground Water Sustainability Page.
