Citizen Groundwater Empowerment Workshop
The North Coast Stream Flow Coalition in partnership with The Nature Conservancy presentes a one day workshop to motivate citizens, including high school and college students, to participate in groundwater planning for the Napa Valley and to give them the tools to participate effectively.
