Join Megan Isadore of the River Otter Ecology Project, for a Wild American Canyon Lecture on River Otters.

Ever see river otter pups playing along the shores of local bays, or see an underwater video of river otters catching fish? River otters, among the most charismatic of aquatic mammals, are returning and thriving in Bay Area waters. This is a hopeful sign since the same habitats that support these charming carnivores support other local wildlife and us. Megan Isadore, founder and ED of ROEP, will share videos, natural history and insights from the first ever long term study of river otters in the Bay Area.
