Planning Commission Study Session on Climate Action Plan
At its next regular meeting, the Napa County Planning Commission will conduct a study session on the Revised Draft CAP and take comments on the Notice of Preparation (NOP) for the preparation of a Draft Focused Environmental Impact Report (EIR). The August 15 study session will be an opportunity for County Planning Division staff and consulting staff to introduce the Revised Draft CAP, and it will be an opportunity for members of the public and Planning Commission to ask questions and share feedback on the draft document. At this time, staff does not request that the Commission make any recommendation to the Board of Supervisors with respect to adoption of the CAP. A public scoping meeting will be held by the COunty concurrently with the Planning Commission public hearing on the Revised Draft CAP and NOP to inform interested parties and receive comments about the project and the Draft EIR review process.
