Healthy Parks, Healthy People: Napa County and Park Rx: Napa County
This meeting will serve as a brainstorming and networking platform to explore the interest in developing a Napa-wide health promotion initiative modeled after the successful Healthy Parks, Healthy People: Bay Area program.
In an effort to improve mental, physical, and emotional health of our community members, the Bay Area program serves to connect people to the outdoors. Learn more about HPHP: Bay Area and Park Rx at http://www.hphpbayarea.org/
Please them on August 14th from 2-3pm in the St. Helena Carnegie Building (1360 Oak Avenue, St. Helena CA). The meeting will introduce the model and provide insight to how this program can positively impact the community. Please bring any ideas and concepts that you or your organization would like to contribute. You are encouraged to pass this invitation on to other community partners and health care providers who may be interested.
