Linking Water and Land Use Planning
Bay Area Water Forum's June Meeting is presenting - Water and Land Use Planning a presentation by guest Jeff Loux, Ph.D., director of the Land Use and Natural Resources Program at UC Davis Extension, mediator for the Sacramento Water Forum and co-author of "Water and Land Use: Planning Wisely for California's Future." Jeff will discuss current trends in linking land use and water planning around the state.
Jeff has also contributed a chapter for the State of California Office of Planning and Research General Plan Guidelines addressing Water Elements in community plans.
