Stebbins Cold Canyon Trail Restoration
Tuleyome is continuing to assist with the restoration efforts at Stebbins Cold Canyon. Their work has helped re-open this favorite hiking area but trail work is always needed. Due to the high use and steep trails, erosion is a constant concern. Teams will be continuing to work and slow down erosion along the Blue Ridge Trail. This may include building stone stairs, adding rocks at the edge of the trail, or adding a collection pit to decrease the amount of water flowing downhill.
