14th Annual California Aquatic Bioassessment Workgroup (CABW)

The 14th Annual California Aquatic Bioassessment Workgroup (CABW) meeting will be held at UC Davis November 29-30, 2007 from
8 am until 4 pm.

There is no fee to attend, but registration is required.

Many of the presentations from the last 3-4 annual meetings of this workgroup are available on the public website of the Surface Water Ambient Monitoring Program (SWAMP) of the State Water Board at http://www.waterboards.ca.gov/swamp/index.html .

SWAMP provides a statewide framework to coordinate high quality and consistent scientific methods and design strategies to improve surface water monitoring, assessment, and reporting.

The Citizen (Volunteer) Monitoring Program, or Clean Water Team (CWT), is included within SWAMP. More information on this program is available on the CWT website at:
