Thu, Jun 2nd 2016, 7:00am - 1:00pm

This Thurs Napa-Solano Audubon Society will be traveling to the Putah Creek riparian reserve. The reserve is owned and managed by UC Davis and the many trails run along great riparian habitat, a great location for local nesters. Blue Grosbeak, Wood Duck, Swainson’s Hawk, Black-chinned Hummingbird, and Western Tanager have been reported and are a possibility. Although there will be shade, the weather is looking to be in the mid-90s. Ticks are also a possibility. Please prepare accordingly and bring water.

Meet at 8am at the county rd 98/Pedrick Road parking lot – see google map.

Napa carpool will depart from the east side of Sweeny’s Sports on Imola at 7am.
