Forest Stewardship Workshop - Erosion Prevention, Management and Funding for Forest Landowners
The Sonoma County Forest Conservation Working Group is offering a unique opportunity with a number of participating partners to host an in-depth technical workshop focused on: erosional processes, how to identify issues occurring on your property, techniques and solutions to prevent such soil loss from entering the watershed, and potential funding opportunities for projects on forest land.
A portion of the day will be held indoors with presentations followed by field tours at Monan's Rill and Rancho Mark West, a neighboring property co-owned by LandPaths and Jim & Betty Doerksen.
Cost: $15, lunch provided
