See Suisun Marsh's Wildlife Ambassadors

Sat, Jan 23rd 2016, 10:30am - 12:00pm
3107 Browns Valley Road Napa, CA 94558

Suisun Marsh Wildlife rehabilitators will bring their wildlife ambassadors to the Carolyn Parr Nature Center Saturday, January 23 at 10:30 AM.

Nothing beats an up close and personal view of a hawk, owl, snake and opossum to get the stories on their care and why they can't be released in the wild. You'll also learn what you can do to help the critters around where you live.

Wildlife care uses a lot of resources and donations are always appreciated.  You can help by bringing an item or two from the list below:

*toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags ( large trash, large and medium kitchen),
*glass cleaner, Dawn dish detergent, laundry detergent, bleach (unscented),
*cloth towels ( bath, hand, washcloths), sheets, pillowcases, baby blankets (especially flannel and fleece),
*grapes, apples, nuts in shell(walnuts, almonds, peanuts, pecans),
*puppy chow, dry adult dog food, dry adult cat food,
*meat ( freezer burned or out-dated beef or chicken, no processed meat),
*heating pads, electric fans, large glue guns and glue sticks.

Reservations not required but appreciated. Free to members, $5 for others.
