Bird Watching at Benicia State Recreation Area
Come join Napa-Solano Audubon Society for a day of bird watching at Benicia State Recreation Area!
Benicia State Recreation Area lies along the north side Carquinez Strait. The area consists of shoreline along the strait, marsh habitat, and some grass uplands. Birds expected are many ducks, marsh birds (including rails), robins, and some shorebirds. There is always the unexpected in this area as well.
Bring lunch, water and be prepared for cool weather.
