Oxbow Bypass Dedication Ceremony
The construction and planting in the Oxbow Bypass is nearly finished. To celebrate this milestone, there will be a dedication ceremony in the Bypass on Tuesday, August 4th at 11:00 am. Come celebrate the completion of this latest piece of the Napa River Flood Project.
