The Open Space Conference has grown to include new voices, new perspectives, and new energy. The 2015 Conference will be held in a new location - the Craneway Pavilion in Richmond, CA - to accommodate this growth and to connect to a vibrant conservation community in Richmond. The theme is innovation and this year's conference will include:

  • A welcome from Richmond Mayor Tom Butt
  • A panel on community engagement and urban conservation with Richmond-based leaders
  • Speakers from Coastal Conservancy, Natural Resources Conservation Service, Marin Municipal Water District, Kaiser Permanente, and more
  • Interactive activities throughout the day that connect you to other attendees and generate ideas for your work
  • A panel discussion on the future of public funding for conservation
  • And more!
