Did you know Napa Valley is home to gourmet mushrooms as well as great wines? Chanterelles, morels, porcinis and more can be found outside your door! Local foragers Bill Dyer, David Mahaffey and Julie Schreiber will talk about where they scout for edible mushrooms, what types of mushrooms can be found, what times of year to look and what to watch out for. Bring in mushrooms (or photos of mushrooms) for discussion. Everyone is welcome!
