The Safe Medicine Disposal Program is a partnership of local agencies that provide free medicine disposal options for residents in Sonoma and Mendocino Counties. This event will be held on October 29, 2014 to celebrate the success and growth of the program since its inception in 2007. Speakers will cover the range of issues associated with pharmaceutical waste, take back initiatives, and discuss potential solutions.
This event is open to elected officials, leaders in environmental and social organizations, healthcare professionals, and interested parties.
Space is limited so please register in advance. Morning refreshments and lunch will be provided.

Bring your unwanted medications for free disposal! A Safe Medicine Disposal collection bin will be available in the lobby for the duration of the event.
