California Invasive Plant Council Symposia

Fri, Oct 6th 2006, all day
Cal-IPC Symposia: Solving California's invasive plant crisis requires rapid translation of research results into management actions. In addition, natural resource managers are often the first to identify interesting questions that become compelling research topics. This year's Symposium explores commonalities and conflicts at the interface of research and management, with invited speakers from both realms. A panel discussion will allow attendees to interact with the speakers. We are also honored to have Ruth Coleman, Director of California State Parks, as this year's keynote speaker.
