RWQCB "Town Hall" Mtg. on Napa River Sediment TMDL

Presentation and facilitated discussion by Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) staff on the Napa River Sediment TMDL (pollution loading/reduction requirements), including a short introduction regarding the public process and schedule for review of the proposed Basin Plan Amendment (regulating authority/law), with primarily focus on water quality sediment reduction objectives, implementation actions for each identified source/pollution category and where the RWQCB is proposing either regulatory authorities and/or voluntary programs, and generally what would be the overall community's involvement to meet the TMDL (pollutant loading requirements) targets, intended to address EPA water quality standards and enhance fish habitat conditions in Napa River watershed.
