Carbon Footprinting Workshops for vineyards & wineries
These FREE Carbon Footprinting workshops will provide an overview of a recent California Wine Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) study and help vineyard and winery employees better understand opportunities for reducing Scope 3 Greenhouse Gas emissions (e.g., packaging, energy efficiency that can reduce costs, nitrogen management and trans portation/distribution).
The workshops run from 8:30 AM until Noon and will be followed by lunch and
an optional winery tour to learn more about sustainability practices in action.
