Deadline to comment on Conditional Waiver of Waste Discharge Requirements for Discharges from Vineyard Properties

From the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board (Water Board)

Notice is hereby given that the Water Board has extended the public review period for the Conditional Waiver of Waste Discharge Requirements for Discharges from Vineyard Properties in the Napa River and Sonoma Creek watersheds and the proposed Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration. The 30-day extension of the public review period is provided because the original 45-day review period coincided with the winter holidays. The comment period will now close at 5:00 PM on Friday, February 1, 2013. The public hearing is postponed until March 13, 2013. Please bring this revised comment deadline and hearing date change to the attention of anybody you know to be interested in this item.

The draft Conditional Waiver, Attachments, Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration, and other information are available at the Water Board's offices and on its website at:

Written comments must be received by the Water Board no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, February 1, 2013.
