The McLaughlin Reserve is hosting a couple of volunteer restoration weekends at the end of the year/start of the new year.  We will be planting oaks, willows, and other woody species as part of the Eticuera Creek Watershed Habitat Restoration project. The Eticuera Creek watershed is at the north end of Lake Berryessa within the Putah Creek watershed.  The work will occur on the reserve and on the adjacent DFG Knoxville Wildlife Area.

Participants are welcome to come for a weekend (Dec 29-30 and Jan 4-5) or for a single day.  We will be providing lodging in the reserve field station and food for preparing group meals. Participants could also arrive Friday evening if they would prefer to avoid an early morning drive.

Registration for each interested person is necessary.  Number of volunteer positions is limited; registrations will be accepted in the order received. For more information, or to register, please contact Leslie Scott at (707) 995 9005 or lescott@ucdavis.edu
