California Aquatic Bioassessment Workgroup Meeting
The California Aquatic Bioassessment Workgroup was formed in 1994 as a vehicle to promote the development and use of biological indicators in water quality monitoring. Throughout the years, this annual meeting has brought together up to 200 people to hear presentations from many State and national scientists and water quality regulators. The meeting also provides the attendee an opportunity to discuss current issues with other water quality professionals and attend workshops dealing with bioassessment monitoring techniques, data analysis procedures and how to use bioassessment in water quality regulation.
The 2010 (Seventeenth Annual) California Aquatic Bioassessment Workgroup meeting will be held on the UC Davis Campus November 16 and 17. There is no cost to attend the meeting, please see the attached flyer for details.
