Join Putah Creek Council and Dr. Beth Rose Middleton Manning on June 23rd at 7 PM as she discusses her book Upstream: Trust Lands and Power on the Feather River. Her presentation will invite listeners to look upstream, specifically, up the north fork Feather River watershed, to understand impacts of private and state water development on Tribal homelands, and opportunities for addressing those impacts.

Beth Rose Middleton Manning is a Professor in the Department of Native American Studies at UC Davis, located within Patwin homelands. She holds a PhD in Environmental Science, Policy, and Management from UC Berkeley and is passionate about rural environmental justice.
