Volunteer – Community Oak Planting Day – Nov 26
Napa RCD invites volunteers to join us on Green Friday (the day after Thanksgiving) to plant some acorns in Alston Park!
About this event
Volunteers are needed to:
- Weed planting areas
- Dig planting holes
- Plant acorns
- Install protection around plantings
Tips for fun and safety:
- All ages welcome
- Masks must be worn when in groups
- Dress for gardening- thick pants and sturdy shoes keep you comfortable
- BYO filled water bottle and snacks
