Get to know Napa County’s WILD side with our monthly lecture series

ParkRx Napa County: Nature & Wellness Collide at Trancas Crossing Park on July 14 at 6:30 pm

with Amalia Kulczycki and Gio Miramontes

Nature is an important part of our physical and mental well-being. Here in Napa County, we are fortunate to have a wide range of natural spaces all around us and a large group of organizations dedicated to helping all of us enjoy the WILD side of Napa County.

Join Napa RCD and the ParkRx Napa group for a walk and talk about ways you can take advantage of your local natural spaces to increase your physical and emotional well-being. Whether it’s walking your dog, using outdoor exercise equipment, or sitting still and observing the plants and animals around you, our natural spaces are a perfect place to relieve the stress of everyday life.

This program is a WALK & TALK and will be at Trancas Crossing Park. Meet at the bottom of the hill.
Registration is appreciated but not required. You can register here.
