Volunteer Weed Management Training with the Napa RCD

Sat, Mar 27th 2021, 10:00am - 12:00pm
Online Zoom Meeting

For those interested in learning about invasive species in the wild and rural lands of Napa County, there will be a workshop on Saturday, March 27, from 10am-12pm on Zoom.

This workshop will focus on two invasive species: French broom and Himalayan blackberry. This first workshop will focus on the history of these invasives, how to identify them, and how to properly remove them from various landscapes.

In the very near future, we will be hosting a follow-up training day to allow volunteers to meet our coordinators in the field for questions and tips on identification and removal of our focus species.

Contact Ashley at Ashley@NapaRCD.org with questions.
