Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper (QWEL) training (landscape pros)
Landscape pros are invited to FREE Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper training. The 20-hour professional certificate training topics include: sustainable landscaping, soils, plant water needs, irrigation system troubleshooting, system audits, controller programming and more. The City of Napa-sponsored class meets Feb. 12, 18, 26 and Mar. 3 (exam). For additional classes throughout the Bay Area, visit https://www.qwel.net/.
By registering for this QWEL training you agree to attend all of the following sessions:
- Wednesday, February 12, 2020 from 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM (lunch provided)
- Tuesday, February 18, 2020 from 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM (lunch provided)
- Wednesday, February 26, 2020 from 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM (lunch provided) - Includes irrigation audit.
- EXAM: Tuesday, March 3, from 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM (no lunch)
Attendees will receive a copy of the QWEL reference manual, which can also be downloaded here. The QWEL manual consists of the following ten section topics:
