Hike: Cache Creek Ridge to Road Kill Cafe

Judge Davis Trailhead (Highway 20)

The Cache Creek Ridge is the eastern border of the Cache Creek Wilderness and provides views of the creek to the west. Additionally, this is one of the access points for the system of trails west of Cowboy Camp. We will meet at the Judge Davis Trailhead on Highway 20, and follow the Ridge Trail to Road Kill Cafe. There are many interconnected trails which provide different options to explore. Please dress for the weather and bring water, snacks, and lunch.

Difficulty: Moderate

Length: 9 miles (round-trip)

Terrain/Exposure: Oak woodlands and open grasslands
