September Board Meeting Materials can be found HERE. Hard copy versions of these materials will not be available at the meeting so please bring them on your personal devices or print your own copies to bring.
The meeting in September will include an engaging session with Lori Lewis, the facilitator who assisted us with our Strategic Plan. Lori will do a quick check-in with the Board on the status of the Plan and get comments and feedback. It will be helpful if Board members can please take a look at the short Strategic Plan status summary Chris Choo and wrote, posted on the meeting site along with the September agenda.
Another highlight for September will be an overview of the latest accomplishments and challenges of the Napa Sanitation District. General Manager TIm Healy will provide that overview and answer any questions from the Board.
