Pepperwood Preserve Volunteer Workday

Sat, Aug 3rd 2019, 8:30am - 1:00pm
Pepperwood Preserve, Dwight Center Courtyard

Enjoy sunshine, good food, and friends while helping to support your local landscape!

Join Pepperwood Preserve at the next community volunteer workday where we will be starting our native plant propagation by sowing seeds into soil. These seeds will grow into healthy plants that will be used for ecological restoration throughout the preserve. We hope to stay cool and protected from the summer sun by working in our shade house. If you are up for a more physical task, some of us will re-establish the famous Doug Fir Trail. The Doug Fir Trail was closed after the Tubbs Fire, and - with your help - we can re-open it for our education and community programming later this summer.

All are welcome, so please invite your friends and family. We look forward to seeing you there!

PLEASE RSVP BY THURSDAY, August 1st
