Grasslands Regional Park Walk

Join Tuleyome for a family-friendly walk/discovery trip at Grasslands Regional Park, south of Davis. This walk will be flat and have areas of shade and sun. The park is used by the Sacramento Valley Soaring Society for model airplane soaring and the Yolo Bowmen who operate a large archery range near the park entrance. From the Grasslands Regional Park page on the Yolo County website: “Grasslands Park is a 320-acre park that contains significant natural resources with conservation of vernal pools, Burrowing owls, Swainson’s hawks and other rare and endangered species.”

Bring snacks and plenty of water. Dress for the weather – hat, sunscreen, etc. Extreme heat cancels.

There is an $8 day-use fee per vehicle at Grasslands Regional Park.
