Winter Birds Walk at the South Fork Preserve
Join the Putah Creek Council in their winter bird walk at the South Fork Preserve. Meet at the South Fork Preserve entrance to begin the morning with some quick binoculars practice, then hit the trails. The variety of habitats at the South Fork Preserve means you can see a wide array of bird species, providing perfect practice opportunities for new and experienced birders alike.
Loaner binoculars will be available. Remember to prepare for the weather and variable conditions by bringing water, wearing sturdy shoes, and dressing in layers. Don't forget a snack!
