Join us for CanDo's family friendly field trip. We promise that it will transform the way you see the water that flows from your tap.
The Jamieson Canyon Water Treatment Plant can process up to 20 million gallons per day of raw water from the Sacramento River Delta. It converts it to safe and reliable drinking water for City of Napa customers.
Visitors will see this conversion up close and personal. We'll learn about the processes involved including ozone treatment, sedimentation, filtration, and disinfection. The importance of conserving this precious natural resource will also be emphasized.
