Farming 101 Workshop - Food Safety for Farmers
Together with the Petaluma Seed Bank, Marin Organic is pleased to announce our 5th workshop in the FARMING 101 series! Join us on Tuesday, August 12 for Food Safety 101 with Raman Maangat, Food Safety Program Manager with Community Alliance with Family Farmers for an intro to the basics of food safety protocol on the farm.
This FREE class will introduce the importance of food safety on farms, help participants identify and locate pathogens of concern, and discuss Good Agricultural Practices (GAP).
