Board Meeting Materials can be found at this link. Materials include the April Agenda and the NBWA 2019-2023 Strategic Plan [in three parts - the text and two graphics] now ready for Board approval. Hard copies of the Strategic Plan will be available.
As part of the work under the new Strategic Plan, Mark Millan of Data Instincts, the new communications consultant, will discuss communication ideas and get recommendations from Board members. They will also hear from representatives of both Napa and Sonoma county on the recent floods and how each watershed coped with the situation.
