Annual Report Details Accomplishments by California Resource Conservation Districts

The mission of the California Association of Resource Conservation Districts is to connect, serve, and champion the statewide network of resource conservation districts.
The California Association of Resource Conservation Districts (CARCD) has released its annual report of district accomplishments throughout the state. The list includes increasing water efficiency, managing stormwater, and reforesting landscape damaged by wildfires. There are 96 resource conservation districts in California.
