Learn how to integrate ecologically sound schoolyard habitat projects into elementary and secondary class room studies meeting Common Core & Next generation Science Standards through engaging and interactive activities led by presenters from ProjectWILD, Point Blue (formerly PRBO) and Salmon Creek School.

Engage your students in real world learning with schoolyard habitat Citizen Science opportunities.

Design basics for a schoolyard habitat at your school - qualify for up to $8,000 in funding from USFish and Wildlife and School Garden Network's Schoolyard Habitat Program.

$45 registration includes lunch, presentations & curriculum.

* US Fish and Wildlife's Schoolyard Habitat Planning Guide
* Schoolyard-Enhanced Learning Using the Outdoors as an Instructional Tool by Dr. Broda
* "Habitat Gardening in Sonoma County" by Nancy Bauer
* "Quick Guide" to local birds
