California Wetland Monitoring Workgroup Tenets of a State Wetland and Riparian Monitoring Program (WRAMP) (1.8 MB)California Wetland Monitoring Workgroup Tenets of a State Wetland and Riparian Monitoring Program (WRAMP) was developed to achieve its primary goal of coordinated wetland monitoring, assessment, and reporting, to serve all State agencies and support the State’s new Wetland and Riparian Area Protection Policy. The goal of the WRAMP is to produce regular reports on trends in wetland extent and condition and to relate these trends to management actions, climate change, and other natural and anthropogenic factors in way that informs future decisions.
